About Dean Design Build LLC.
A Helping Hand
Inspired by a family history of "Do it Yourselfers," at an early age I was lucky enough to feel the satisfaction that stems from hard work and a finished product. That drive continued throughout my life. During the school year I was pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering while competing in College Baseball, but in the summers I was building custom kitchen & bathrooms in my home state of Rhode Island.
Having done an internship with a Commercial General Contractor I knew my passion was in the Home Building Industry. I started my career as a Superintendent for a Home Builder in Maryland but was eager to diversify my background in the Construction Industry. I later accepted the position of Planning Manager for RI's two largest Wastewater Treatment Plants, where I ran the Sewer Connection Permitting Department and oversaw the Asset Managment Committee. My professional career gave me hands on experience as a Contractor, management skills as a Superintendent, and permitting/political knowledge as Planning Manager prior to starting
Dean Design Build LLC in 2025.
Dean Design Build LLC is personally operated by myself, Ross Dean, where I work "hand in hand" with you to Design, Build, and Execute any Home Improvement project. I physically complete the work and if the job requires sub-contractors, I am there working with them. From Full Remodels to small DIY projects, Dean Design Build LLC is the helping hand you need to Invest in Your Home.
